Product Features & Applications

Product Features:

MRock-150 automatic full Rockwell hardness tester adopts a brand-new aluminum alloy die-casting process, featuring a robust and aesthetically pleasing casing.
Equipped with a weight-loading mechanism, the instrument can perform hardness tests on all Rockwell and superficial Rockwell scales with one-touch operation for fully automated testing.
The machine achieves a GRR (Gage Repeatability & Reproducibility) < 10%, delivering exceptional repeatability and reproducibility for reliable measurements.
With a stable system, excellent structural rigidity, user-friendly interface, and easy operation and maintenance, this tester meets the high standards of laboratory hardness inspection and is also suitable for routine hardness testing in automated production lines.
Brand-new aluminum alloy die-casting process for a sturdy casing with an attractive appearance; the rigidity of the main body is comparable to that of standard testing machines.
Equipped with a weight-loading mechanism with automatic weight homing to eliminate friction against the machine wall, ensuring outstanding test accuracy and stability, and simplifying calibration and maintenance.
The lead screw is heat-treated to a hardness of 35HRC–40HRC, stabilizing test data at varying lifting heights. The heat-treated and drawn lead screw is solid and wear-resistant, greatly reducing measurement instability caused by wear-induced clearance during long-term use.
1:1 high-precision displacement sensor to display test depth in real time.
Supports all Rockwell and superficial Rockwell scales, automatically switching between preliminary and total test forces based on the selected scale.
Features an 8-inch high-definition touchscreen for display and operation; upgraded mechanical and electrical design enables one-touch operation, balancing high test efficiency and excellent user experience.
Supports conversion between various hardness scales with selectable conversion standards for multi-value conversion, displaying up to 4 converted hardness values simultaneously.
Offers multi-language support including Chinese, English, German, French, Russian, Japanese, etc., with free switching.
One-touch completion of workpiece lifting, indenter loading, dwell, unloading, hardness value display, and test stage return to the home position.
Provides data storage and out-of-tolerance alerts, automatically calculating maximum, minimum, and average values. Test results can be exported to a USB flash drive via the USB port, and an RS232 interface is available for computer connection.

Product Applications:

Suitable for hardness testing of quenched, tempered, annealed, and hard cold castings; malleable castings; hard alloy steels, aluminum alloys, copper alloys, bearing steels, etc. Also applicable to surface-quenched steels, surface heat-treated and chemically treated layers, copper and aluminum alloys, thin sheets, galvanized, chrome-plated, and tin-plated materials, bearing steels, hard cold castings, etc.
