Product Feature：
- Equipped with an LED display screen, switchable HV hardness scale.
- Automated test process for easy operation.
- High-definition optical system with 20-level adjustable LED light brightness.
- Hardness conversion function.
- Measure the diagonal lengths D1 and D2 with a micrometer eyepiece, input the values via keys, and the hardness value will be displayed on the LCD immediately.
- Portable design, specially for on-site non-destructive hardness testing of large workpieces that are difficult to move, such as large-scale coated/round tube workpieces.
Product Application：
- MK-100YQ can detect the hardness of surface coatings of large immovable workpieces, non-ferrous metals, and large outer circular surfaces; at the same time, it is suitable for metal micro-parts, thin sheets, metal foils, wires, thin hardened layers/electroplated layers, as well as non-metallic materials such as glass, jewelry and ceramics that cannot be detected by large test force of Rockwell hardness test.
