  • HC2 is an industry-specific industrial joystick specially developed for high-end optical measuring instruments and coordinate measuring machines. It is used in combination with the UWC4000P, UWC3500 and Hotar controllers

Functional Features:

  • It is specially developed for applications in optical measuring instruments and coordinate measuring machines, and features an ergonomic design.
  • It uses a Hall-type joystick handle, which is non-contact, has a long service life, and a small dead - zone range.
  • It adopts rubber-buffered buttons, which have a long service life and high reliability. There are four magnetic suckers and rubber pads at the bottom, ensuring stable and reliable placement.
  • The LCD screen can display the coordinates of the probe holder, the speed ratio, abnormal codes, and the status of the pressure valve, emergency stop, etc.
  • Blind pressing can be achieved through the "Braille" raised icons on the buttons, enabling one's eyes to focus on the measuring probe and the workpiece being measured.
  • The buttons with switch attributes are all equipped with indicator lights.
  • With an ergonomic design, the convex bumps at the bottom of the previous generation joystick are removed, making the feel more comfortable when operated with both hands.
  • The lead wires have two outlet methods: outlet from the head (for optical measuring instruments) and outlet from the tail (for coordinate measuring machines), and you can choose according to different application scenarios.
  • The "acceleration key" is designed at the position accessible by the thumb, which is especially suitable for the rapid movement of the coordinate measuring machine.
  • The coordinate measuring machine version adopts a force feedback type joystick handle, which is more suitable for two-handed operation.
  • It is directly connected to the Joystick interface of the UWC series controllers. The reporting frame rate is as high as 150, resulting in less control delay.
