Product Features & Applications
Product Feature：
- Dual-wavelength combination: 365+395 (395+450,365+450 optional);
- Each wavelength has low, medium, and high brightness levels, independently adjustable;
- In low-temperature mode, the temperature does not exceed 50°C, effectively protecting samples;
- Six-sided illumination (top, bottom, left, right, front, back) with reflective film ensures uniform light distribution and high curing efficiency;
- Manual and automatic operation modes;
- Electric sample chamber door for smooth closing, prevent- ing liquid spillage (UM-6000S includes this feature);
- Audible and visual alerts upon completion of mounting;
- Supports up to 99 automatic programs, each customizable for wavelength, brightness, curing time, etc;
- Easy-to-replace light panels;
- Lifespan is over 10 times longer than traditional mercury lamp curing machines, unaffected by frequent switching;
- Uses LED UV lights, consuming only 10% of the energy of mercury lamp UV curing machines;
- Optional vacuum pump further reduces bubbles;
- Fast curing time, typically ranging from seconds to minutes.

UV curing occurs at room temperature, avoiding thermal damage to temperature-sensitive parts.
