- Equipped with a high-frequency single-crystal probe, it can achieve ultra-thin component measurement functionality;
- Utilizes “echo-echo” ultrasonic thickness measurement technology to achieve thickness measurement through coatings;
- Display resolution is 0.001mm, with a measuring range of 0.15~20mm;
- The LCD display has adjustable contrast, featuring a 128*64 dot matrix LCD screen with LED backlighting for use in various lighting conditions;
- USB interface allows for data transfer to a computer;
- Upper computer software is available for convenient data reading.
Product Application：
- Can be used to measure the thickness of metal sheets, pipes, bars, etc.;
- For thickness measurement of castings, due to their characteristics of coarse grains and non-dense structure, this thickness gauge can effectively measure casting thickness by using a low-frequency probe, specific coupling agent, and appropriate calibration methods;
- Used to measure the wall thickness of various pipelines (such as oil, chemical, and natural gas pipelines);
- Measures the thickness of pressure vessel shells.
