ITM-A300/A450/A750 Microcomputer Controlled Charpy Impact Testing Machine
Product Features & Applications
Product Features:
- Integrated design of main machine and base, with overall casting and processing, high rigidity and good stability.
- Double-support frame structure, with the pendulum spindle supported by a simply supported beam.
- The front and rear bearing holes are symmetrical to ensure the accurate distance from the pendulum axis to the striking point.
- The pendulum rod is made of thick-walled seamless steel pipe, featuring high rigidity and no deformation.
- The circular hammer body of the pendulum is accurately designed using 3D software, with a precise center of gravity. The circular structure effectively reduces the energy loss caused by air resistance during impact.
- The impact blade is made of special materials, having high hardness, small deformation and impact resistance.
- Equipped with two types of impact blades with specifications of 2mm and 8mm (optional), which are fixed by screw compression and easy to replace.
- A two-stage reduction motor is used as the power for lifting the hammer, with large torque, no slippage and low noise.
- Imported electromagnetic dutch is adopted, which engages and disengages quickly without slippage.
- Controlled by a microcomputer, it automatically measures and records, and automatically controls the entire experimental process of pendulum lifting, hanging and releasing.
- The pendulum hanging is controlled by the system according to the preset angle, with accurate positioning to ensure the constant initial impact energy.
- The pendulum hanging device adopts a hydraulic buffer mechanism, which enables stable pendulum hanging without jitter, avoiding impact and damage to the pendulum hanging mechanism.
- Electrically driven pendulum release for impact ensures that the initial impact energy and initial velocity are not affected.
- After the impact is completed, the remaining energy is used to automatically hang the pendulum again to prepare for the next impact.
- A high-precision photoelectric encoder is used to determine the test angle, improving the test accuracy of impact energy.
- The initial energy level can be adjusted by replacing the pendulum, expanding the application range.
- Three energy display methods: microcomputer display, dial, and LCD screen (optional), and the results can be compared with each other.
- Equipped with a safety pin, which automatically pops up after the pendulum rises to the predetermined position to prevent accidents caused by the falling of the pendulum.
- Equipped with a fully enclosed protective cover, which is safe and beautiful; equipped with an access control switch, and impact can only be carried out after the door is closed properly.
- The software has an automatic calibration function, which can test the energy loss caused by friction and air resistance.
- Sample recovery device (optional): after the impact is completed, the broken samples are transported to different recovery devices through a recovery belt.
- Automatic feeding function (optional): samples are directly pushed to the appropriate position of the equipment, and subsequent experiments can be carried out directly.
- Applicable standards: GB/T 2611, JB/T 7406.1, GB/T 3808, GB/T 229, JJG 145, ISO 148, ASTM E23,GB/T 18658, JB/T 6147
Product Applications:
- Deformed steel bars for construction and structural steel for bridges: It is necessary to verify their fracture resistance under low temperature or sudden load.
- Test the impact toughness of steel used for automobile body frames and excavator buckets to ensure that the materials do not break easily during collision or heavy load impact.
- Conduct impact tests on titanium alloys used for aero-engine blades to ensure that they can withstand air flow impact without failure during high-altitude and high-speed operation.
